• Gathering user requirements through structured meetings to ensure all needs are accurately captured

• Coordinating with the application team and/or end users to drive open action items to closure

• Conducting quality control inspections and testing to identify defects and non-conformities in applications

• Assisting in the development of test cases and participating in user acceptance testing, ensuring that all scenarios reflect business requirements

• Providing ongoing support to users, proposing effective solutions and making timely decisions to address challenges

• Create and maintain process documentation

• Preparing and writing relevant documentation, including test cases and operations documentation, to maintain clarity and transparency

• Conducting user training and ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the application

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• At least 5 years’ experience in Project management

• Experience in IT Planning

• Understanding of the full project management delivery cycle

• Experience in project coordination, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines and deliverables

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders

• Initiative and ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion

• Strong logical thinking and business acumen

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
