• To take part in all phase of development of Android mobile application including systems analysis and design, procurement and deployment of mobile application, programming, implementation, and system nursing

• To analyze, design and specify program components of the mobile application

• To conduct program testing, system testing and user acceptance

• To produce project reports and specifications

• To devise system and installation standards

• To devise and maintain operation procedures in line with these standards

• Higher Diploma or above in IT

• At least 4 years’ experience in IT application development

• Experience in Java, Object-oriented Analysis and design, SQL

• Hands-on experience on mobile application development (e.g. Android, Java, Kotlin, Android Studio)

• Hands-on experience on web application development (e.g. RESTful web services)

• Understanding of Android SDK, UI/UX design principles, and Android development best practices

• Understanding of Android Architecture Components, Room database, Retrofit (to consume RESTful web services), and other popular Android libraries and frameworks

• Strong knowledge in user interface design, OOP (Object Oriented Programming), MVC (Model-View-Controller) or MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) design pattern

• Experience with version control systems like Git and project management tools
