• Design, develop and implement robust and user-friendly GIS and web applications related to aviation weather services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using the latest programming languages and frameworks

• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards

• Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's technical stack

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in It industry, with a strong background in GIS and web development

• Familiarity with GIS software and frameworks (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, OpenLayers)

• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying web-based applications, including responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular)

• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Apache Web server, SQL, MongoDB) and experience in integrating with various data sources

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
