• To prepare the procurement document, project specification and audit document according to the needs of departmental network

• To research and evaluate the latest products, tools, and practices to recommend cost-effective solutions

• To maintain the inventory for the replacement of the coming end-of-life network systems

• To analyze and follow the internal IT regulations, policies, and guidelines

• To prepare guidelines and procedures for the operation and maintenance tasks

• To manage the Contractors and liaise with different parties to achieve the goals of network projects

• To undertake any other duties as required by supervisors

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 4 years' experience in IT industry

• Hands on experience in network infrastructure/system support, operate and maintain, preferably with solid experience in enterprise network project design, implementation and manage, also the management of Contractor/Vendor

• Knowledge and solid experience in managing tendering and procurement process
