• To provide implementation support and technical advice on the system administration and configuration on network equipment including routers, network switches, firewall systems, EDR system, VPN system and cabling systems

• To assist in project management activities including project control and monitoring, and review of project progress and deliverables

• To manage the implementation process and user acceptance tests, coordinating with stakeholders including contractors, DPO, ORO users and ITMU to ensure timely and successful deployment of IT projects

• Higher Diploma, University Degree or equivalent

• At least 6 years of post-qualification IT experience including at least four years of experience in managing and developing IT applications

• Have solid hands-on experience with network maintenance and support, and operation of network equipment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese (essentially Cantonese) and English
