Perform daily operation support and fault isolation on network incidents
Perform Network routers, switches, access point configuration
Network equipment maintenance and support
Provide ad-hoc support/quick win solution to users when required
Supervise and guide a team of desktop support technicians
F.5 or above
At least 2-3 years' experience in network and deskside support
Hands-on experience in TCP/IP, IP Subnets, NAT, ACL, LAN and WAN technologies, VLANs, Static and Dynamic Routing
Knowledge in Ruckus, Cisco, Extreme, Huawei, Fortinet, TP link products (AP, router, switch)
Good in problem solving and troubleshooting skills
