• Design, analyze, review and be involved in the development and system upgrade of large scale spatial data dissemination platform riding on cloud environment.

• Validate application flow design, check and monitor coding quality and verify bug fixing performed by Contractors.

• Handling and streamlining the conversion workflow between multiple spatial data formats.

• Design and implement interfacing between the spatial data platform and external systems to streamline the work and smoothen data sharing and exchange

• Higher Diploma or above

• At least 3 years’ experience in IT Programming

• Experience in GIS services development

• Proficiency in web services development and maintenance

• Proficiency in database and linux environment application
