• To prepare the procurement document, project specification, and audit document according to the operational needs

• To research and evaluate the latest products, tools, and practices to recommend cost-effective solutions

• To maintain the inventory for the replacement of the coming end-of-life network systems

• To analyze and follow the related IT security regulations, policies, and guidelines

• To prepare guidelines and procedures for the operation and maintenance tasks

• To manage the Contractors and liaise with different parties to achieve the goals of network projects

• To undertake any other duties as required by supervisors

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 3 years' experience in IT industry

• Experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products and IT security

• At least 2 years of experience in network infrastructure/system support, operating and maintaining, preferably with solid experience in enterprise network project design, implementation, and management, as well as the management of contractors/vendors

• Uphold strong project management skills and procurement skills
