Analyze and evaluate current IT systems and procedures
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration
Design and propose innovative IT solutions that align with business goals
Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure system integrity
Lead system testing and provide support during implementation
Prepare comprehensive documentation and user manuals
Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4-5 years' experience in IT industry
Experience in system analysis, preferably in contact center systems, digital platforms, or enterprise IT systems
Strong understanding of contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Oracle CX) and their integration with legacy systems
Experience with data flow design, API integration, and system architecture.
Familiarity with legacy systems and migration strategies
Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise systems
