Responsibilities:
- Process new loan applications, including document verification and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage the onboarding process for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
- Assist in the development of new loan products and the enhancement of existing products and services to improve customer experience and maintain competitiveness.
- Liaise with internal departments, external counterparties, and global custodians.
- Maintain and improve internal control procedures.
- Conduct site inspections when required.
- Provide support to other teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above
- 1-3 years of relevant banking experience in Loan approval
- Strong communication and and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience can be considered for lower positions.
