Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services.
Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests.
Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 1-3 years' experience in IT industry
Experience on servicedesk, base knowledge on IT, Cantonese fluent, can read write listen in English, good in software skill
