• Preparing technical specifications for various types of procurement

• Work with contractors to provide operation management and capacity monitoring and planning

• Keep track of performance indicators / alerts of the System, and follow up with contractors

• Assist in compilation of maintenance reports

• Assist in performing market research and sourcing appropriate solutions in the market

• Support incident/issue handling for round-the-clock running systems

• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 4 years' experience in IT industry

• At least 1 year' experience in SQL

• Solid working experience in preparing technical specifications for various types of procurement

• Solid working experience in system operations, maintenance and on-going support of medium to large scale IT systems

• Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients
