Supervise and guide a team of desktop support technicians.
Oversee the troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Oversee inventory management of IT assets such as computers, peripherals, and licenses.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for desktop support.
F.5 or above
At least 2-3 years' experience in deskside support
Knowledge in TCP/IP, IP Subnets, NAT, ACL, LAN and WAN technologies, VLANs, TP link products (AP, router, switch)
Experience in supervise team is a must
