Assist senior relationship managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring client needs are met.

Prepare client reports and proposals, providing market analysis and business insights.

Participate in client meetings, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

3 years of relevant work experience; prior customer service or ARM experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with data analysis skills.

Fluent in both written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
