Responsibilities :

Customer Success & Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to GMP (Google Marketing Platform), delivering high-quality technical support and clear communication.

Facilitate customer onboarding and training on GMP to ensure smooth adoption.

Work alongside the Customer Success Manager to strengthen and maintain client relationships.
-
Develop and update key documentation, including product updates, roadmaps, and best practices.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Digital Maturity solutions.

Digital Analytics & Optimization:
-
Support Google Analytics and media tracking implementation, including quality assurance.
-
Help set up and optimize CRO experiments using platforms like AB Tasty and VWO.
-
Assist in designing and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards for data visualization.

Project Contribution:
-
Engage in ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives to drive innovation and growth at FiveStones.

Requirements :
-
0–2 years in digital marketing, ad tech, analytics, or a related field.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong curiosity for learning.

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
