Responsibilities :

          • Draft, review, and revise contracts, including:

            • Vendor agreements

            • Partnership agreements

            • NDAs and service contracts

            • User terms and conditions

          • Maintain a centralized contract database and track key deadlines.

          Legal Research & Documentation

          • Conduct legal research on cryptocurrency regulations, case law, and industry trends.

          • Summarize findings in clear, actionable memos for the legal team.

          • Assist in preparing legal opinions and risk assessments.

          Dispute & Litigation Assistance

          • Assist in managing legal disputes, subpoenas, and regulatory inquiries.

          • Maintain litigation files and track case progress.

          • Draft basic pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

Requirements : 

• • • • • • Education: Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.

          • Experience: 2+ years as a paralegal, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or corporate law.

          • Knowledge: Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain preferred.

          • Skills:

            • Strong drafting and proofreading abilities.

            • Proficiency in MS Office, DocuSign, and legal research tools.

            • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

          • Experience with smart contracts or token-related agreements.

          • Familiarity with international corporate structures
