Manage the procurement of IT equipment, software, and maintenance services.

Address user inquiries regarding procurement status and procedures promptly.

Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents based on user requirements.

Offer administrative support for procurement activities, including generating reports and maintaining records of procurement communications.

Fulfill additional duties as required.

B. Academic and Professional Qualifications:

F.5 / DSE graduates or higher.
C. Training and Relevant Experience:

At least 1 year of work experience in a sizable company.

Professional procurement certification is a plus.

Proficiency in MS 365 and desktop software is preferred.

Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua.
