Responsibilities : 

• • Provide professional educational planning for Chinese students and families, covering school selection, application guidance, and end-to-end support.

  • Manage student application portfolios, maintaining clear communication to ensure a smooth process.

  • Liaise with international schools/institutions to track application progress and provide updates.

  • Regularly engage with students and parents to align expectations and resolve issues.

  • Collaborate with the academic team to prepare students for entrance exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, SAT) and interviews.

  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events to advocate for international study options.

Requirements : 

• • Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred fields: Education, English, Business Administration).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad consulting, international education, or related fields.

  • Familiarity with Chinese and Hong Kong international curricula (e.g., IB, A-Level, AP) and admission processes.

  • Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills to build trust with students and parents.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
