Responsibilities:
- dentify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts. Utilise various channels, including social media, emails and cold calls, to connect with prospects
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads for the sales team
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Provide detailed information about leads to facilitate effective follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads and encourage ongoing engagement with the brand
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of inside sales/ lead generation/ business development experience, preferably in IT/ Customer Data/ Marketing sectors
- Experience with enterprise clients is an advantage
- Native in Cantonese, good in English and Mandarin speaking and written
- Outgoing personality, highly motivated, and achievement oriented
- Proactive, independent, a good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
