Responsibilities:

• Hands-on for SDLC including design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance of in-house systems

• Interface internal systems with other outsourced modules

• Work closely with business analysts to produce application design

• Perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of the problem reported by the end-user.

• Prepare test cases and test data to support user acceptance tests.

• Perform regular system checking and result verification on production systems.

• Conduct Impact Analysis and System Analysis and Design Report.

• Develop and maintain system documentation.

• Conduct unit tests and system integration tests.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in which 3 years in development

• System analysis, design, implementation and documentation

• Web-based System Architecting with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, MariaDB)

• Development experiences in Java / MS .NET Linux / K8S, OpenShift / microservices / container

• Experience in government projects is a must
