SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (IT)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts. Utilise various channels, including social media, emails and cold calls, to connect with prospects

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads for the sales team

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Provide detailed information about leads to facilitate effective follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in our CRM system

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads and encourage ongoing engagement with the brand

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of inside sales/ lead generation/ business development experience, preferably in IT/ Customer Data/ Marketing sectors

  • Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin speaking and written

  • Outgoing personality, highly motivated, and achievement oriented

  • Proactive, independent, a good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
