Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our existing clients to understand their needs and objectives

Serve as the first point of contact for key accounts from mid-market to enterprise clients

To drive the business growth for the key accounts by upselling and renewal within existing accounts including onboarding and troubleshooting
-
Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the existing accounts
-
Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
-
Support the company initiatives being assigned from time to time
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing and account servicing role with experiences in handling enterprise clients (preferably in the technology or SaaS companies)

Fluent Mandarin and English speaking & written

Experiences in working with offices in the globe is an advantage

Cheerful personality, good team player and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and start-up global environment

Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address clients’ needs and pain points

Proactive, independent, good presentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
