Responsibilities
- Oversee the human resources logistics and payroll for our APAC offices and beauty salons.
- Lead and develop the HR department to deliver effective, professional HR services that enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Formulate and implement HR policies and strategies in alignment with the directives of senior management, local legislation, market practices, and business needs.
- Design and enforce HR policies and systems related to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with government regulations and market trends.
- Manage human resource functions for overseas offices and beauty salons, including recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and liaising with service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resource within a sizable organization.
- In-depth knowledge of employment regulations in Hong Kong, including insurance and social security requirements.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
