Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using reservation management software or systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
