Job Descriptions:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in quantity surveying or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Professional accreditation such as RICS or AQS is often preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Work Environment: Typically office-based with regular visits to construction sites. Collaboration with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and project managers may be necessary.
