Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and solution on different staff enquiries
- Prepare HR reports for management review on regular basis
- Lead Human Resources team to establish the Human Resources strategies and policies
- Ensure a smooth and accurate daily HR operation
- Act as business partner to various Department Heads to deploy and execute hiring strategy and people initiatives to support business plan
- Provide HR advisory and strategic advice to Department Heads on HR policies and procedures, talent development, rewards & retention program, employee engagement and relations, etc.
- Support on HR projects and other exercises as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Solid professionalism in HR Management & Strategies with 5 years of experience from sizeable Chinese firm
- Able to work independently, detailed oriented and handle multiple tasks with efficient manner
- Strong stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
