Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and solution on different staff enquiries
• Prepare HR reports for management review on regular basis
• Lead Human Resources team to establish the Human Resources strategies and policies
• Ensure a smooth and accurate daily HR operation
• Act as business partner to various Department Heads to deploy and execute hiring strategy and people initiatives to support business plan
• Provide HR advisory and strategic advice to Department Heads on HR policies and procedures, talent development, rewards & retention program, employee engagement and relations, etc.
• Support on HR projects and other exercises as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Solid professionalism in HR Management & Strategies with 5 years of experience from sizeable Chinese firm
• Able to work independently, detailed oriented and handle multiple tasks with efficient manner
• Strong stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
