Job Descriptions:
- Draft, review, and amend various types of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assess contract risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Address any issues or disputes that may arise during the contract period and working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Ensure that all contracts adhere to internal processes and external regulations; conduct regular audits of contract performance.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth contract implementation.
- Participate in negotiations, representing the company’s interests to achieve favorable terms.
- Analyze contract performance and outcomes, preparing reports for management to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in contract management or a related field, preferably within a large corporate environment.
- Strong track record in managing large-scale construction contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex contract terms.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in office software and contract management systems.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
