Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment function, C&B, staffing, payroll calculation and daily operations.
- Monitor headcount status against budget, staff turnover rate, analyze manpower shortfall and propose retention measures
- Provide full spectrum of human resources advisory and operational services to the management
- Evaluate our current practices and provide constructive feedback for enhancement
- Support internal and external HR audit reviews
- Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management is preferred
- Minimum 5 years working experience in all round HR experience in a sizable company, experience in Chinese state-owned enterprises is a strong advantage.
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
- Hands-on, well-organized, proactive and detail-minded with good communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently under tight timelines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Less experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
- Immediate or short notice availability is preferred
