Job Responbilities
- Develop and execute impactful sales, marketing, and business development strategies to enhance revenue and margins.
- Lead the Sales & Marketing team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve long-term business objectives.
- Monitor overall Profit and Loss (P&L) with a strong financial understanding and business acumen.
- Meet revenue growth targets and manage operating costs effectively to drive profitability.
- Supervise and maintain service quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to devise and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Provide leadership across various levels, motivating the team to foster a productive cross-functional work environment.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in senior managerial roles (experience in pharmaceuticals/supplements/health food industries is advantageous).
- Demonstrated business acumen and visionary insight in the health product industry.
- Connetion to Clusters, Hospitals & Institutions will be a plus
- Proven track record in sales management with strong strategic planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, self-driven, results-oriented, and forward-thinking.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
- Proactive, professional, mature, with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
