Seeking a Business Support Officer for our client in the electronics and technology industry. The role will be part of the Consumer Electronics B2B team.This role is essential for ensuring seamless operations and improving the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Perform market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape for developing marketing strategies.
• Help plan and coordinate sales and marketing events, and assist in executing marketing campaigns.
• Develop and present engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Engage with clients to address inquiries and supply information as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in solution sales/marketing with a proven track record.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
