DNA is partnering with a US Fintech Company and searching for multiple Customer Services Assistant for them.

Location: Kowloon East (Kowloon Bay)
Shift duty required; No night Shift
5 days work week; 18 Days AL plus 1 Day Birthday Leave
Stable Working Environment; Medical & Dental provided
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer support and assistance via phone calls and other communications channels
- Handle Members' table reservations, queries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product and service information to ensure a positive customer experience by providing personalized assistance
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to ensure Member’s satisfaction
- Provide outbound calls for product selling offered and provide recommendations based on Member’s needs and preferences
- Work in shifts in accordance with the shift duty as assigned
Requirements:
- Matriculation or equivalent certificate
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills, patience and the ability to maintain calm and professional under pressure and understand customers’ needs
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as MS Word, Excel and
- Highly-motivated, independent and a strong team-player will be preferred
