Our client is a fast growing eCommerce global retailer, they are currently hiring a CRM Analyst who will elevate their promotion and retention strategy team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with vendors and the technical team to ensure the marketing systems are reliable.
- Oversee customer databases, maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Perform customer segmentation and tailor campaign strategies for personalization.
- Plan and implement communications related to loyalty programs and customer behavior triggers.
- Collaborate with vendors for any necessary inter-system integrations.
- Create A/B and multivariate tests to refine campaign flows, channel segments, and messaging.
- Coordinate with the Web & App team to roll out personalization features.
- Foster regular communication with vendors.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Marketing Assistant position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of CRM experience.
- Demonstrated success in implementing CRM programs, managing campaigns, and overseeing customer lifecycle management.
- Practical experience with CRM or Marketing Automation tools.
- Project management experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with SQL and Jinja coding is a plus.
- Strong business sense, data-driven insights, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Team player with robust analytical skills and sensitivity to numbers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
