B2B Building Materials Sales Manager [Marble | Artificial Stones]

DNA Recruit Partners is searching on behalf of a local company specialise in building materials manufacturer for a experienced sales manager, the ideal candidate needs be independent and sales-driven, hungry for success, and immediately availability is highly preferred. 

 

about this job.

  • Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the General Manager, providing updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives for business growth.
  • Business Development: Responsible for developing and promoting marble and artificial stone products, creating tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs effectively.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborates with management on project planning, preparing quotations, tendering processes, and specifications for major construction projects in Hong Kong.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivates strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including the Housing Authority, government agencies, and property developers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identifies customer requirements through active engagement, participating in sales programs aimed at expanding revenue from both existing and new customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Works diligently to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines for success.
  • Technical Support: Handles technical inquiries from customers, providing expert advice and ensuring high-quality after-sales support, including installation and maintenance services.
  • Collaboration with Technical Team: Works closely with the technical team to ensure product solutions remain current with industry developments and technological advancements.
  • Market Research: Conducts ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for expanding the company’s market presence.

about you.

  • Sales Experience: Requires over 8 years of sales experience, demonstrating a proven ability to drive revenue and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Industry Knowledge: At least 2 years of work experience in building materials or a related field is preferred, enhancing industry-specific expertise.
  • Client Connections: Strong connections with clients in the construction and building materials sectors are highly preferred, facilitating quicker business development opportunities.
  • Project Sales Management: Must possess robust project sales management skills, effectively overseeing the sales process from initial contact to project completion and client satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive successful outcomes.
