(Industrial) Property Manager (MNC | 50-55k | DMC Exp)

about the job.
  • Maintain high customer service standards for building occupants, ensuring positive attitudes among  building management staff at all times.
  • Supervise security, cleaning, and facilities providers, evaluating performance based on contracts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Direct facilities management service for building upkeep and security service for efficient traffic flow.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building facilities.
  • Develop draft budgets and monitor approved budgets for building operating expenses.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices within authority framework, aiding the on-site team with approval processes.
  • Assist Asset Managers with tenant fit-out coordination and Project Managers with capex works coordination.
  • Manage car park operations, oversee system, direct third-party operator, and maintain financial records for parking-related income.
  • Identify and implement property-level value-add initiatives, focusing on process improvement, technology adoption, and supplier relationships.
  • Enhance business outcomes by improving relationships with service contractors and suppliers through effective property-level initiatives.
about you.
  • Minimum of a decade's property management experience required for the Property Manager role, with industrial or commercial property expertise preferred.
  • Tertiary education in property management or related fields is necessary.
  • Essential possession of relevant professional certifications.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Ordinance and associated regulations.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities.
  • Capable of fostering a positive team dynamic and working autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, demonstrating computer literacy.
