Ranked Fortune 500, with a diversified portfolio of businesses and they are now looking for a senior Account Executive for their Account management team. Responsibilities: 

• Drive revenue growth and profitability in the agency channel by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and referrals
• Secure and retain high-quality business, contributing to established sales targets
• Deliver professional services and maintain close, collaborative relationships with assigned intermediaries and customers
• Support the development of new products, services, agents, brokers, and direct customers
• Ensure compliance with the company's underwriting and credit control policies, while closely monitoring underwriting results
• Oversee the timely dispatch of expiry notices and policy documents to agents
• Uphold high operational standards for policy document processing and output, aligned with company guidelines
• Assist with any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree holder  
• Qualified holder of general insurance licenses ANZIIF/ CII will be ideal 
• Minimum 2 years of solid experiences in Account Executive, Client management role in General Insurance Sector
• Account executive roles in Marine or Casualty & Properties are highly preferred   
• Knowledgeable with General insurance policies in Hong Kong, strong awareness of market practices among local / international regulatory controls
• Result driven and Client Oriented personality
• Strong analytical and good interpersonal and presentation skills, highly-motivated and able to work independently
