Responsibilities:

- Create comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations to acquire new customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the management team
- Manage the sales and A&P budget, ensuring effective resource utilization and analyzing revenue and spending
- Supervise and guide the sales team, set performance objectives, conduct training, and evaluate performance
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and events
- Prepare comprehensive action plans and schedules for sales strategies and customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Proven leadership skills to motivate a small sales team and drive their professional growth
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze profit and loss statements
- Strong analytical skills for conducting market analysis and evaluating sales performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to perform outdoor work, including client visits and attending industry events
