- Collaborate with various teams to execute marketing promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform and shape future campaigns.
- Manage the tone and visual style of our social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns through performance reports, aiming to maximize organic exposure, engagement, and achieve KPIs.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
about you:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in social media or content creation.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role; candidates with more experience may be considered for the Assistant Marketing Manager position.
- Strong people management skills combined with practical experience in marketing communications.
- Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in content creation for Instagram and TikTok is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
