The company has a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region and offers a wide range of products and services aimed at enhancing beauty and wellness. Senior Sales Manager(Top-Tier Beauty & Skincare Group)

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets

    • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations to acquire new customers
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
    • Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the management team
    • Manage the sales and A&P budget, ensuring effective resource utilization and analyzing revenue and spending
    • Supervise and guide the sales team, set performance objectives, conduct training, and evaluate performance
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and events
    • Prepare comprehensive action plans and schedules for sales strategies and customer relationship management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate a small sales team and drive their professional growth
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze profit and loss statements
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting market analysis and evaluating sales performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to perform outdoor work, including client visits and attending industry events
