Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, greeting customers, and assisting them with their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty to the brand
- Drive sales by setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue
- Manage the boutique team, providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to ensure that they are delivering exceptional customer service and achieving their sales targets
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the boutique has the right products in stock to meet customer demand
- Work closely with the regional and global teams to implement brand initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Manage the boutique budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenue is maximized
Qualifications:
- Form 6 or above
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Fluent in English Cantonese and Mandarin
