Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Perform project administrative tasks, which include managing internal and external communications, coordinating activities, and preparing documents for project meetings.
2. Prepare and organize project documentation for internal reviews and audits.
4. Manage project billing and invoicing activities with clients.
5. Conduct monthly financial reconciliations and prepare forecast reports.
6. Carry out monthly workplace security inspections and oversee Data Security & Privacy (DS&P) activities.
7. Assist with recruitment activities, including updating demand, arranging interviews, and reconciling timesheets.
Job Requirements:
- A university degree is essential, with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to perform analytical tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Lotus Notes and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Experience in banking and billing, along with knowledge of financial reconciliation and forecasting, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to take on additional workload and hours to meet deadlines.
- No technical skills are required.
