JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial needs and goals are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions, including investment management, estate planning, and tax advisory
- Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolio performance and align strategies with evolving client objectives
- Stay informed about market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and proposals to clients
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the overall strategy of the family office
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or financial advisory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional service
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong preference for candidates with existing books of business
- Experience in alternative products such as private equity, venture capital, or funds is preferred
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
