Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain, configure, and provide support for on-premise IT infrastructure utilizing Linux operating systems and various open-source software.

- Support the MIS manager in the coordination of IT projects.

- Collaborate and coordinate with service providers to implement IT solutions.

- Assist with various ad hoc projects and responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or related fields.

- A minimum of three years of relevant work experience.

- Extensive experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting is essential.

- Experience in the setup and maintenance of email servers is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with VPN and firewall configuration, virtual machines, vSAN, HCI, vCenter, and IT security knowledge is a significant advantage.

- Possession of CCNA, MCSE, or Linux certifications is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a pleasant demeanor.

- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
