Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and the achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives and maximize channel coverage.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with corporates, retail, and property developers to expand business reach.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of business development experience, preferably in advertising retail leasing with sizable retail chains or property developers.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the retail property industry in the Hong Kong market.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for analyzing market data and generating insights.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
