Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT system implementation.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Knowledge in CRM, Order Management, Customer Services and/or Sales Management.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
Business Project Manager

- Holder of Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
