Seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for our telecommunications client
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Marketing, Marketing, and Product Marketing, to provide seamless sales support.
- Support the sales team by coordinating schedules, preparing channel sales reports, and ensuring effective communication of relevant updates.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Business Management and Compliance) to gather and share sales channel-related information.
- Liaise with relevant channels to collect and analyze business-related data.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of sales reports and system materials.
- Manage all aspects of sales reporting to ensure timely and precise delivery.
- Support the planning and implementation of new product launches.
Requirements:
- Holding a diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales-related role.
- Experience in sales operations, order processing, and invoice management is a plus.
- Accountable and able to perform tasks independently, with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
