Job Responsibilities

- Support the team in operating managed Wi-Fi solutions with incident management, problem management and change management
- Support the team to provide technical support for managed Wi-Fi network
- To liaise with internal departments, vendors and customers for deliver managed Wi-Fi network
Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, vendor support work, Network Operation Center (NOC) or related disciplines
- Good technical knowledge in various brands of Wi-Fi and networking product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei
- Advantage to holder of professional certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, ITIL, etc.
- Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 0900 – 1800
