Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of full recruitment cycle.
- Onboarding and Offboarding interviews
- Arrange application or extension of visa; including IANG,GEP,ASMTP
- Prepare employment contracts and other HR related letters.
- Act as contact person with outsourced company to complete payroll and insurance processing services.
- Briefing of company policies and procedures to new employees.
- Maintenance of staff database.
- General staff training and upskilling.
- Coordinate annual evaluation, salary and bonus review.
- Supervision of junior admin staff
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources/ Administration related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in handling HR & Admin matters
- Well versed in employment ordinance and other HR regulations
- Proactive, mature and detail minded; Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Highly independent; with ability to handle all HR functions
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills
