Responsibilities: 

• Perform all order processing activities with ERP system to ensure a high level of service and follow up customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Execute supply chain processes, including but not limited to, order fulfilment, purchasing, logistics arrangement, invoice preparation, and shipping documentation
• Take responsibility for sales operations administration to achieve the company standard and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and all operational procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing activities and liaise to resolve purchasing issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse departments, to drive cohesive and impactful sales support initiatives
• Assist in identifying and implementing enhancements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, analyze the sales data and forecast to implement optimal stock control measures and replenishment
• Prepare various regular reports and analysis for management review

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above
• 1 - 3 years of working experience
• Experience in supply chain and overseas shipment processing would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Experience in using an ERP system will be an advanatage
• Good command of both English and Chinese languages

Working Hours: 08:30 am - 05:30 pm
