Responsibilities:
- Perform all order processing activities with ERP system to ensure a high level of service and follow up customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Execute supply chain processes, including but not limited to, order fulfilment, purchasing, logistics arrangement, invoice preparation, and shipping documentation
- Take responsibility for sales operations administration to achieve the company standard and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and all operational procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing activities and liaise to resolve purchasing issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse departments, to drive cohesive and impactful sales support initiatives
- Assist in identifying and implementing enhancements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, analyze the sales data and forecast to implement optimal stock control measures and replenishment
- Prepare various regular reports and analysis for management review
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- 1 - 3 years of working experience
- Experience in supply chain and overseas shipment processing would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Experience in using an ERP system will be an advanatage
- Good command of both English and Chinese languages
Working Hours: 08:30 am - 05:30 pm
