Human Resources and Administration Officer / Assistant Officer - 24k
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a candidate database and ensure employee records in the HRIS system are accurate and up to date.
  • Perform basic human resource data analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Assist in delivering essential HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations, as well as managing employee files and attendance records.
  • Support with various ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws and related employment regulations.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
