Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Handle customer quotations, coordinate sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the factory to align production and shipment schedules.
- Oversee inventory management and after-sales support.
- Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and international exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the toy industry.
- Preferably experienced in sales and marketing across various markets.
- OEM business experience is a plus.
- Must be responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate with solid MS Office skills.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Sales Manager position.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
